In the few years I have interacted with Google.com, I have learned how to use business critical services from them that to-date, put me ahead of my competitors. I decided to write this short article, just to highlights some of the tools and services I use daily from Google.com, you can copy me if you find this helpful.
Happy reading.
1. Google Search (for content and Images)
Almost 100% of my online search is done here. I trust Google to deliver relevant search results based on the topic/ keywords I choose. http://www.google.com
2. Google Apps
Apart from Gmail (also from Google), I use Google Apps for my corporate emails, calendar and collaboration with my clients and web developers. This is a fantastic collection of business tools that will make you efficient and cut operational costs by over 50%. http://www.google.com/a/
3. Google Analytics
This is one of the best tools from Google that I log into every morning to check how my websites perform online. I get daily statistics on how each of my websites was accessed, by whom and from where in the world. Each graph shows me in detail how my website pages are being accessed online. http://www.google.com/analytics
4. Google Adsense
Who wouldn't mind a few dollars at the end of the month? especially in this tough economic times. Google Adsense runs in all my popular websites to help me make extra cash from online visitors to my website. FYI, the cash I make here is enough to pay my bills and buy me a couple of beers. http://www.google.com/adsense
5. Google Adwords
Google Adwords has come in handy for my business in the recent years. I use it in my pay-per-click advertising. This helps me run adverts in their wide adsense network hence get new business leads and more traffic to my websites. http://www.google.com/adwords
6. Google Webmasters
One of the services I love from Google. As a web developer, I use this service to track problems with my websites. It gives me an in-depth analysis of my website structure, accessibility, performance and even goes a step further to advice me on how to improve my website for a better online user experience. http://www.google.com/webmasters
7. Google +
I joined this recently and compared to Facebook, I love it. I keep in touch with my friends, family and associates in a better fashion compared to the way I did with facebook. http://www.google.com/plus
So there you go, what you need is a single account from Google to access all the above the services. I know that this is a tip of the iceberg as Google has too many services for one to comprehend. If you need me to show you how you can harness the power of this online giant, just let me know.
